- Always do the ground work. who is the client/company
- Preparation: The resources and the props needed. How about back up?
- Have a start middle and an end........
- Practice, Practice and then Practice some more - Don't forget the time.
- Don't waffle or go off track.
- Be prepared o stoop if questions are needed to be answered.
- Don't do animation in Powerpoint unless its required for a job.
- Once finished ask if there's any questions.
- Be prepared to go over anything said in the presentation.
- Have handouts.
- BODY LANGUAGE.
- Don't look at the slides, but your clients.
- Don't slouch/hands in pockets.
- Keep a good voice level.
- Look interested with your pitch and smile.
- Take notes if clients have ideas with a pen and piece of paper.
- Always tell the truth.
